Your privacy matters. WordItalia is built around a simple principle: your learning data should stay on your device.
1. We do not collect personal data
- No sign-up and no account are required.
- We do not collect or upload your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or other personally identifiable information.
- We do not include third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking SDKs.
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
2. Learning data is stored locally
- Your saved vocabulary, review progress, study calendar, settings, and premium free-quota state are stored locally on your device.
- The dictionary and readings are bundled with the app and work offline.
- Local storage may use Apple system storage such as
UserDefaults.
3. Purchases and restore
- Premium is a one-time in-app purchase handled by Apple StoreKit.
- We never see or store your payment information.
- Restore Purchases uses your Apple ID to restore access through Apple.
4. Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data, using the app does not transmit a child's personal information to us.
5. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page.
